Thank you for purchasing one of my claire cawte artisan designs or commissions, please allow up to 7-14 days working days for delivery.

Payments are processed using PayPal a secure and trusted online payment gateway, accepting all major credit and debit cards. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this service.
We can also accept payment by direct bank transfer, Please email to arrange payment.

Product Description

Every Effort has been made to capture the true style and colour of each design, due to the nature of natural dyes imperfections occur creating a Unique beauty within each Individual design.

I do my best to give a full description of the items, so please do take time to read the product description carefully before you place your order. If you have any questions once you have done this please email and I will be happy to answer you enquiries.

Delivery

Delivery is free for wearable items within the UK and sent via Royal mail, recorded or registered service.  For a speedy delivery please contact me and I will get you order to you as quickly as possible. for delivery of Glass framed Art pieces a courier will be used for secure delivery. a courier service may take a little longer, I will let you know and aim to have your your framed piece within 14days.

I am not currently delivering outside the UK. Delivery may take longer to remote areas such as the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, the Isle of Man or the Isle of Wight.

Returns

I really hope you love your claire cawte design, if however you are unhappy for any reason please let me know and I will do my best to resolve the issue. if you wish to cancel your ordered purchase please email immediately to let me know. I will be happy to refund or replace unworn / unused items, returned in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days of initial delivery attempt. I will reply with the address details for the return. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Please keep proof of postage as I cannot take responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. I recommend sending items via registered or recorded post service. If you return something I will notify you by email to let you know it has been received it. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.

All sale items and custom orders cannot be returned.

Prices for my products are subject to change without notice and I reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice at any time.
